Salt Spring Inn Breakfast, Sunday, July 12

Hello Beemer Riders,

This month's Breakfast will be on Saltspring Island at the Salt Spring Inn, 132 Lower Ganges Road. 

There are two options for the trip to the Salt Spring Inn. 

The first is go via the Swartz Bay terminal, meeting at the Ferry Terminal to board the 09:00 Ferry to Saltspring. 

The second will be to go via Crofton, meeting at the ferry terminal to board the 08:40 am sailing.  To coordinate arrival at the Salt Spring Inn, those taking the Crofton sailing should tour the island or walk Ganges so they arrive at the Inn about 09:40. A sample route from the Vesuvius terminal to the Inn is:

1.    Get on Vesuvius Bay Rd       

2.    Turn left onto Sunset Dr     

3.    At Southey Point Rd, N End Rd, and Sunset Dr junction Turn right onto N End Rd     

4.    Turn left onto N Beach Rd

5.    At Walker's Hook Rd, N Beach Rd, and Fernwood Rd junction continue straight on Walker's Hook Rd    

6.    Turn left onto Robinson Rd   

7.    Turn left onto Upper Ganges Rd     

8.    Turn left onto Lower Ganges Rd     

9.    Salt Spring Inn  

This will get you there about 9:30, so stretch your legs.

If you want to meet elsewhere and ride together to one of the departure points, please let me know a meeting place and time so I can let others know. Examples might be Duncan, Nanaimo, and a Victoria run across the Malahat to Crofton.
